🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in coal mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operational teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management system.
• Strong understanding of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics for resource planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations pertinent to coal mining operations.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize operational processes.
