📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Monitor and maintain the performance of our production systems
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our production facilities
• Provide technical support and guidance to our maintenance team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software, such as SAP PM or similar
• Experience working with machinery and equipment used in the coconut processing industry
• Certification in ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) or equivalent
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
