As our Corporate Capability Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing the capabilities required to support the company's strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capability-building programs, leveraging tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring a deep understanding of the mining and resources industry, as well as a proven track record of delivering results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational capabilities
• Identify and assess the capabilities required to support the company's strategic initiatives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capability-building programs
• Leverage tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office to track and analyze capability development progress
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capability-building initiatives
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on capability development progress
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in capability development
• Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic plan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Deep understanding of the mining and resources industry
• Proven track record of delivering results in capability development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Certification in capability development or a related field is a plus
