📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the pastry team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.,Develop and test new recipes, ensuring they meet our quality standards and customer expectations.,Ensure the smooth operation of the pastry kitchen, including inventory management and cost control.,Work closely with the culinary team to create a diverse and exciting menu.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.,Participate in training and development programs for the pastry team.,Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by creating innovative and delicious pastries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a pastry team.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to develop and test new recipes.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
