📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high standards of service and operations.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing operations in a retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
