Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
