📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and target potential customers in the Bontang area.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Attend trade shows and events to promote our products.,Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is a plus.
