📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure financial targets are met through effective sales management.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
