The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Administer and maintain employee benefits and compensation packages,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Coordinate training and development programs for employees,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Fluency in English is a plus
