📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for various positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor market trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully filling positions and exceeding hiring targets.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
