📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain a strong relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
