📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Teach Mandarin language classes to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the Wang Learning Centre curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.
- Prepare and grade assignments, exams, and quizzes to ensure accurate evaluation of student performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills.
- Promote the cultural aspects of Mandarin language and Chinese culture to enrich the learning experience.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin language.
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong command of Mandarin language, both spoken and written.
- Experience with HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) preparation is a plus.
- Knowledge of educational technology and online teaching platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about teaching and committed to fostering a love for the Chinese language and culture.
