📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.,Provide legal advice and guidance to the company's management and employees.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in the legal landscape.,Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.,Maintain and update the company's legal records and documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and provide legal support.,Participate in legal training and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a legal position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with legal software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
