📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with assessment and evaluation tools and techniques.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
