📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the distribution team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Manage logistics and coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer feedback.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution and logistics management.,Proven track record in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in logistics.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
