📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential customers.,Present company products and services effectively to clients.,Follow up with leads to ensure they are interested and ready to make a purchase.,Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.,Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Attend sales training and meetings to stay updated on company strategies and product knowledge.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or telesales.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good understanding of the Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
