📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations
• Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business operations
• Manage waste reduction and recycling initiatives to minimize our ecological footprint
• Stay up-to-date with evolving environmental regulations and industry best practices
• Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental best practices and compliance requirements
• Participate in sustainability initiatives and projects to promote eco-friendly practices within the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental compliance and sustainability
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and best practices
• Proficiency in environmental management systems (EMS) and ISO 14001 standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with environmental software and tools such as SAP, ArcGIS, or similar
• Certification in environmental management or a related field is a plus
