SHIFT Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Samarinda. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Pharmacist in managing the pharmacy inventory and ensuring stock levels are adequate.,Prepare and dispense medications as prescribed by the Pharmacist.,Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding medication usage and potential side effects.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.,Assist in the preparation of pharmacy reports and documentation.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Support the Pharmacist in quality control and assurance activities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.,Good knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency procedures.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
