📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for national development, focusing on infrastructure, economic growth, and sustainable policies.
• Conduct economic analysis and forecasting to inform strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with Kementerian PUPR, Kementerian Keuangan, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of national projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of national development initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Leverage data analysis and project management tools to optimize resource allocation and project outcomes.
• Represent Bappenas in national and international forums to promote the agency's strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Perencanaan Nasional team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in economic planning and national development, incorporating new insights into the agency's strategic framework.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, economic analysis, or national development.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic plans for national infrastructure and economic growth.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and project management tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Project Management Software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with national policies and regulations, particularly those related to infrastructure and economic development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Strategic Planning or Economic Analysis is a plus.
