As our Corporate Capability Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing the capabilities required to support the company's strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capability-building programs, leveraging tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring a deep understanding of the mining and resources industry, as well as a proven track record of delivering results.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational capabilities
- Identify and assess the capabilities required to support the company's strategic initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capability-building programs
- Leverage tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office to track and analyze capability development progress
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of capability-building initiatives
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on capability development progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in capability development
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic plan
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Deep understanding of the mining and resources industry
- Proven track record of delivering results in capability development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certification in capability development or a related field is a plus
