📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the crew to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.,Plan and execute voyages, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain and inspect vessels to ensure they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws and regulations.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and fuel consumption.,Train and mentor new crew members to ensure high standards of performance.,Handle emergency situations and implement safety protocols as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's License and STCW certification.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team is a plus.
