In this role, you will be working closely with our sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. You will be responsible for training and mentoring your team, as well as ensuring that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory management, customer service, and store maintenance to ensure a positive customer experience.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all sales and operational activities to ensure alignment with company policies and performance targets
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual targets
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies
- Maintain and clean the store to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with retail software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends
