Erajaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Acquisition Manager to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial for our real estate and property development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site acquisition, negotiation, and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing land and property sites for our development projects in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential land and property sites for our development projects.,Negotiate and secure land and property acquisitions with landowners and stakeholders.,Manage the entire site acquisition process, including due diligence, legal, and financial aspects.,Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient site acquisition.,Monitor market trends and developments to identify new opportunities for site acquisition.,Report on progress and outcomes of site acquisition activities to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition, property development, or a related field.,Proven track record in negotiating and securing land and property acquisitions.,Strong understanding of local market trends, regulations, and development potential in Bali.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of legal and financial aspects related to land and property transactions.
