📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead HR training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
