📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement sales process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on key sales metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies and goals.
• Provide training and support to sales teams on sales processes and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
