📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of activities.
  • Manage and develop a team of 10-15 employees.
  • Implement and monitor branch strategies to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Represent the company at branch events and meetings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with banking or finance industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
