This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our business and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to take on this responsibility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and efficiently utilized.,Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company fuel policies.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.,Track vehicle usage and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Understanding of fuel management and compliance.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a requirement.
